    The issue preventing new orders from appearing in the drip and batch orders overview has been fully resolved. All systems are now functioning normally.

    We’ve identified the issue causing new orders placed after 3 PM to not appear in the drip or batch orders overview, and our team is currently implementing a fix. We will provide an update once the fix has been fully deployed and confirmed.

Address validation incorrect errors

    The fix has been implemented and all affected orders have been succesfully retried, meaning they will be sent on the next shipping moment.

    As of Friday 5th we've identified an issue with our address validation. Orders from Thursday 4th 16:00 (CET) are known to report invalid addresses. We have identified the issue and have implemented a fix. Currently we're working on retrying all orders affected by this issue.
